Q: How do I pay for an item I have ordered? 

• Pay cash on delivery (only available in Pakistan) when the item is shipped to your home; charges vary depending on your location. 
• Pay in advance using your credit card or an do an online bank transfer (once your order has been confirmed, details will be provided on WhatsApp). 
• Select office appointment at checkout and come in to our office to see your item(s) before buying (this is valid for Karachi only).

Q: How do I sell something on Secret Stash?

• Contact us via WhatsApp at 0323-8223055 with photos and details of your items and we will guide you accordingly. 
• Do keep in mind as a curated platform, we require all items to be sent to us in Karachi where we check for authenticity and condition before they get listed with us. 
• We keep a fixed 25% commission and all items must be discounted even if new.

Q: What is your return/ refund policy?

• All sales are final and we have a strict NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy. 
• Be sure to check all details in terms of size, measurements and condition before placing your order.
• All orders are confirmed by our team prior to being shipped. If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled after 1 working day. 

Q: Will people know if I have bought or sold something on Secret Stash? 

• We have a strict privacy policy where Secret Stash will not reveal a buyer or seller's identity or personal information. We respect our customers' right to anonymity and it is a core value of our business. 

Q: How do I know what the condition of an item for sale is? 

• Detailed descriptions of the condition are clearly mentioned for each item listed on the website along with close-up pictures and a rating score.

Q: What do your categories mean?

Secret Stash has the following 4 condition categories: 

• Brand New: The item has never been used with no visible marks of wear. Sometimes it may have a mark or two from storage. and in most cases will  have its original tags in place.  
• Like New: The item may have been used once or twice and will have minimal signs of wear or is unworn with the price tag just missing.
• Gently Used: The item is used but in excellent condition and will have a few signs of wear that aren't very noticeable.
• Pre Loved: The item has been used and has signs of visible wear which will be clearly mentioned.
