Are all items authentic?
Yes. Every item is authenticated in house before it goes live, and we have a strict no fakes policy. Our authentication is independent, and we hold no formal association with any of the brands we stock.
How can I check the condition of an item?
Every listing has a detailed condition description, close-up photographs and a condition rating. We use four categories:
- Brand new: never used, no visible wear, sometimes a storage mark or two, often with original tags
- Like new: worn once or twice with minimal signs of wear, or unworn with the tag missing
- Gently used: used but in excellent condition, with a few signs of wear that aren't very noticeable
- Pre-loved: used with visible signs of wear, which we describe clearly
We never list anything so worn that it's unusable.
Do items come with original packaging, dust bags or authenticity cards?
Only when the original seller sent them in. Anything included is listed in the product description, so check there before ordering.
How do I pay for my order?
Cash on delivery within Pakistan, credit card, or online bank transfer. Details are shared on WhatsApp once your order is confirmed. Karachi customers can also select an office appointment at checkout and pay in person.
Can I see an item before buying?
Yes, if you're in Karachi. Book an office appointment to view your item before you buy.
Can I reserve an item?
Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit holds a piece for you. You then have between 30 and 60 days to pay the balance. If the balance isn't cleared in that window the deposit is forfeited, and deposits can't be moved to a different item. Items aren't shipped or released until paid in full.
Are prices all inclusive?
Listed prices cover the item only. Delivery is charged separately and varies by location and item, and international orders may attract customs duties and taxes payable by the buyer.
How are orders delivered?
We use several courier partners and pick the best one for your location. Delivery estimates are indicative rather than guaranteed.
Where is my order?
Orders are confirmed by our team before dispatch. If we can't reach you, your order is cancelled after one working day. For tracking, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation requests are only possible before your order has shipped, and are accepted at our discretion.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, so please check size, measurements and condition carefully before ordering, and message us if you need more photos or detail.
What if my item arrives damaged or not as described?
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as you receive it. Deliveries are handled by third party couriers, so we recommend checking your parcel on arrival. We'll look into any discrepancy between the listing and the item you received.
Will anyone know what I've bought or sold?
No. We don't disclose buyer or seller identities or personal information. Anonymity is a core part of how we operate.
How do I contact you?
WhatsApp us on 0323-8223055 or email info@secretstash.pk
What brands and categories can I sell?
Bags, shoes, clothing, accessories, sunglasses, fine jewellery and watches, from designer and high street labels. Womenswear is our biggest category, but we accept men's and children's pieces too. Intimates and swimwear are accepted with tags only. We don't take fragrances on consignment.
How does your commission work?
We keep 30% of the final sale price on most items, and 50% on clothing. There's nothing to pay upfront. All items must be listed at a discount to their original retail price, even if brand new.
How is my item priced?
We set the price based on the original retail price, the brand, the condition, how it has been kept, its seasonal relevance and current demand. A bigger discount means a faster sale. We agree the price with you before your item goes live.
How long will my item stay listed?
We hold items for a minimum of five months from the listing date, and may discount them over that period to help them sell.
Can I get my item back before it sells?
Once your item is approved and listed, the sale is binding and it can't be withdrawn for at least 30 days. While it's listed with us, you also agree not to advertise it anywhere else.
What happens if my item doesn't sell?
We'll let you know and either extend the listing period or return the item to you. Return shipping is covered by the seller. Please respond within 30 days of us contacting you, as we reserve the right to dispose of unclaimed items after that.
On what grounds can my items be rejected?
Replicas or anything we can't verify as authentic. Stains, marks, tears, holes, loose threads or visible damage. Missing zips, buttons, stones or embroidery. Anything unwashed or with an odour. Discolouration, stretching, shrinkage or loss of shape. Items altered from their original design. Rejected items are returned at the seller's cost. Counterfeits are returned with authentication and shipping charges applied, and the agreement ends there.
Who covers shipping when I send items in?
Sellers arrange and pay for mailing or dropping off their items, and items remain at the seller's risk until they reach us. VIP concierge sellers have collections arranged as part of the service.
When and how will I be paid?
Payments go out in the first week of each month for items sold and cleared in the previous month. Message our team on WhatsApp before the 1st to be included in that month's payment run.
Do you check items before listing?
Yes. Every item is inspected for authenticity and condition on arrival. We may lightly clean or treat minor marks at our discretion. Please empty all pockets and compartments before sending, as we can't be responsible for personal belongings left inside.
